Ingredients
Flatout Bread (it's a flat bread...looks kind of like a tortilla but oval...we got the whole wheat one for our crust...100 calories)Weight Watchers Mozzarella (1/3 cup = 70 calories)Pizza Sauce (1/4 cup = 40 calories)...you can choose the brand...we sought one that low in sodium and caloriesHam Chunks (2 oz)...we got an 8 oz pack in the deli and used 1/4 pkg for each pizza...70 caloriesVarious veggies (mushrooms, onions, peppers, tomatoes, etc.)...diced and ready for topping. Note...calories for veggies is not included...would be minimal addition to the calorie content
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Lightly spray baking sheet with cooking spray
Place Flatout bread on baking sheet and bake for 4 minutes
Remove from oven
Spread 1/4 cup of pizza sauce on bread
Add Ham chunks and any veggies desired
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top
Return to the oven, switch to broil, additional 4 minutes...so that cheese melts slightly
Remove from oven...put on serving plate...note my fancy paper plate serving plate...but it slides onto it easily :)
Cut into fourths and enjoy. Makes 1 individual pizza approx 9"x6" size pizza.
