1/3 cup atkins bake mix1 scoop (1/2 serving) isopure zero carb whey protein powder banana flavor1 packet splenda1 tablespoon baking powder1 egg, whole raw large1/3 cup water
put all dry ingredients in small mixing bowl. meanwhile, preheat pancake griddle to 375 degree Fahrenheit. add wet ingredients and stir well with whisk but do not over beat. Let batter rest a minute. Grease griddle. Pour out six pancakes. When bubbling, flip over each pancake. Eat and enjoy.
