2 apples2 tangerines or small oranges1 fennel bulb1 T. olive oil1 T. cider vinegar1 T. lemon juice
1. Cut fruits and fennel into small pieces, bite size or smaller, and mix together.
2. Mix oil, vinegar and lemon juice in a small bowl and pour over fuit mixture.
3. Toss to mix. Chill until ready to serve.
