Grouper Fillet in Aruban Fish Sauce

Ingredients
* Grouper Fish Fillet (If you prefer any other fish you can substitute it)* 2 Tbsp Catsup (or Ketjap Manis)* 3 Tbsp Ketchup (if you desire less calories and more density in the sauce opt for tomato paste instead)* 1 Tsp Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Ground Black Pepper & Ground Cumin* 1 Tbsp Salt* 0.5 Cup Lemon Juice* 4 Spray Pam* 0.5 Cup Water
Directions
Defrost the Grouper in a container with all salt and lemon juice in the ingredient list.

Spray the pan with Pam and let the Grouper bake until brown.

In another pan pour in the Catsup and add the water. Than add the ketchup and let this simmer for a bit. Than add all the spices. Let this simmer for a few minutes untill the sauce thickens.

Serve the fish with rice, potatoes or anything else you would desire and pour the sauce over the fish.
