Crock Pot Beef Stew

Ingredients
* Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped * Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped * Ground beef, extra lean, 24 oz * *Progresso 100% Natural Chicken Broth - reduced sodium, 4 cups * Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) * *Goya Sazon (per packet) * Garlic powder, 3 tbsp * *adobo goya, 2 tsp * Salt, 1 tbsp * *Potato, raw, 2 small * Tomato Sauce, .25 cup * 1/2 tsp flour
Directions
Throw everything except potatos in the crock pot and cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 6-8. Add the potatos an hour before cooking.
