Banana, fresh, 2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) (remove)Strawberries, fresh, 1 cup, sliced (remove)Yogurt, Yoplait Light Fat-Free Strawberry Shortcake, 6 oz (remove)Silk, Vanilla Soymilk, 1 cup, 2 serving (remove)Molasses, .25 cup (remove)True Essentials Strawberry Whey Protein Shake mix, 1 serving (remove)
add bananas, strawberries and soymilk to blender and process. then add yogurt molasses (for sweetness), and shake mix and continue to blend until reach desired consistency. you may add more milk if you like it thinner.
