* Basil, 32 tbsp (remove) * Olive Oil, .5 cup (remove) * *Pine Nuts, 2 tbsp (remove) * Garlic, 2 clove (remove) * Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup (remove) * Romano Cheese, 1 oz (remove) * Butter, salted, 3 tbsp (remove)Tsp salt1 Box Thin SpaghettiWater from cooked pasta
put basil, pine nuts, olive oil, garlic and salt in blender. Mix at high
speed, stop from time to time and scrape down container.
When evenly blended, pour into a bowl and beat cheeses in by hand. When
evenly incorporated add butter and blend in.
Before adding pesto to pasta (linguine is best) add a tablespoon of water
that you boiled the pasta in.
