Bacon Egg

Ingredients
Bacon, 4 medium slices1 tomatoFresh coriander leaves or dried3 medium eggsCucumber with peelsPepper and salt to taste
Directions
Chop the bacon into small sizes
chop the tomatoe, corriander,cucumber into small pieces and mix together.
Break the eggs i a bowl, then add in the chopped mix of the tomato, coriander and cucumber. Mix them well for a minute. Add little salt and add pepper to your taste. keep aside.
Warm your pan and put oil. add the mixture onto the pan then simmer to low heat for 5 minutes. If the top side is not cooked after 5 minutes, turn it to cook the top for a min.
serve with bread or your preference.
