Balsamic Pork

Ingredients
3-6 Pork Chops1 Can Chicken Broth1/3 Cup Balsamic Vinegar2 Tbs Olive Oil1 Tbs Buter4 Cloves Garlic1 Small Onion, chopped1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped1/2 Tsp Black Pepper1 Tbs Basil
Directions
Heat oil and butter in fry pan. Brown pork on both sides, remove. Add onions and peppers to the oil, saute until tender. Add garlic, saute 1 minute more. Add broth, balsamic, black pepper, and basil to pan, heat to boiling. Reduce heat and add pork chops back in, cook for 15 minutes more or until no longer pink.
