Chicken Corn Chowder

Ingredients
4-5 small potatos, skin on, diced2 med. carrots, diced1 large onion, diced6 T. butter4 c. chopped, cooked chicken1 16 oz. bag frozen corn2 cans creamed corn1 T. salt1/2 t. paprika1 T. parsley flakes6 pieces cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)6 c. milk1/2 t. black pepper1/4 t. ground mustard
Directions
Melt butter in 8 qt. stock pot. Add potatos, carrots & onion and saute over medium heat for 5-7 minutes stirring frequently. Add all remaining ingredients and bring to boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Even better the second day!
