Ingredients:Hannaford No Salt diced tomatoes, 1.75 cup (remove)*Garlic Minced - Always Fresh 400g Jar, 6 tsp (remove)*Green Onions (scallions), 0.25 cup (remove)*Holland house red cooking wine, 2 tbsp (remove)*EVOO, 1 tbsp (remove)Hannaford Part Skim Ricotta Cheese, 2 oz (remove)hannaford parmesen romano cheese, 1 tbsp (remove)*Pasta - Ronzoni Smart Taste, 2 serving (remove)*Basil, Fresh (5g or 10 leaves), 2 tbsp (remove)
Cook pasta in boiling water until eldente saute scallions and garlic in oil, add tomatoes, basil and cheeses and mix until creamy. Toss with cooked pasta
