Stacey's Ground Beef Veggie Skillet

Ingredients
1 tsp Canola Oil75 g chopped white onion1 garlic clove, minced954 g Ex Lean Ground Beef137 g Chopped water chestnuts1 c corn kernels83 g sliced baby zucchini100 g broccoli crowns52 g chopped sweet bell peppers1 tsp ground cumin1/2 tsp sea salt2 tsp worcestershire
Directions
Heat oil in non-stick skillet, saute onion and garlic until soft, add peppers and ground beef, season. Cook until meat is browned, adding the rest of the vegetables, broccoli at the end so it steams and doesn't get mushy.
Serve over hot cooked rice, pasta or with potatoes.
