Cabbage Sauteed in Butter

Ingredients
* Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia) * Onions, raw, 1 small * Butter, salted, 3 tbsp * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp * Salt, 1 tsp * Pepper, black, 1 tsp
Directions
Chop the cabbage and onion and sautee in olive oil in a hot pan until wilted (about 10 minutes.) Reduce heat to med/low and add butter, salt and pepper. Let it cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings approx. 3/4 cup each
