Ingredients
1/4 Cup Almond Meal1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder1/2 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg1-1/2 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon1 Teaspoon NuStevia Powder (4 packets)1 Teaspoon Melted Coconut Oil1/4 Cup All Whites Egg Whites1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Directions
Add all dry ingredients to microwave safe coffee mug and mix well. Add melted coconut oil, egg whites and vanilla extract and mix well. Microwave on high for one minute and 20 seconds. Pop out of mug and enjoy!

    First time with anything like this! Would use tiny bit less nutmeg and up the cinnamon, was little dry so try a splash of almond or coconut milk or less cooking time, and I added about 1/2 Tblsp unflavored protien powder. Was a treat for breakfast and satisfying. Next time I will add a photo! - 3/3/14
