Multi-Grain Pancakes

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of Hodgson Mill Multi-Grain Pancake Mix1 1/2 cups skim milk1 egg2 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients and let stand for 5 minutes.

Heat griddle on medium heat and cook pancakes until browned on each side. Each pancake should use about 1/4 cup of batter.

Keep warm in foil until ready to eat.

Makes 12-14 pancakes
