Ingredients
2 tsp olive oil1 onion, finely chopped3 garlic cloves, minced3/4 pound shrimp3/4 tsp paprika12 tsp cumin1/2 tsp salt3 tbsp lemon juice1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions
6 servings, about 1/2 cup each
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Swirl in the oil, add onion and garlic. Cook 3-4 minutes. Add shrimp, paprika, cumin, and salt. Cook until shrimp are opaque, 4 minutes. Add lemon juice and cook 1 minute longer. Remove from heat and stir in parsley.
