Eggs with Vegetables

Ingredients
Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1.5 cup Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Summer squash, .5 cup, chopped Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Clean and chop all vegetables. Heat skillet and Olive Oil, saute vegetables until tender crisp, add egg substitute and continue cooking untill eggs are completely cooked.
