Brown Rice, long grain, 2 cup prepared2 extra large Eggs*Celery - 1 medium Stalk, choppedOnions, raw, 1 medium chopped*Kikkoman, Soy Sauce, Lower Sodium, 2 tbspbirdseye classic mixed vegetables 16 oz bagwater as needed
in wok on medium heat cook egg into omelet. remove. add celery and onion and stir fry on high heat adding water as needed until vegetables are tender crisp. cut omelet into chunks add to wok with frozen veg. add rice and soy sauce. mix to combine. Mine made about 5.25 cups
I served it as 3/4 cup servings.
