Paleo Pumpkin Pancakes

Ingredients
2 eggs1/2 cup canned pumpkin1/2 cup almond butter1/2 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp vanilla1/4 tsp nutmeg1 tablespoon honey
Directions
Mix everything together at once.

Heat the pan as you would for regular pancakes- use coconut oil to grease the pan.

Cook until the edges stiffen up- these won't bubble as regular pancakes do. Flip once & serve with maple syrup.

Serving Size: Makes 2 large pancakes.
