Don's Breakfast Banana Bread

Ingredients
5 medium ripe bananas1/2 cup Egg Beaters1/2 cup 100% Liquid Egg WhitesI cup plums (canned w/ liquids or my preserves)3/4 cup Hersheys Special Dark Reserve Cocoa1 stick of margarine2tsp baking soda1 tsp salt1/2 cup chopped walnuts4 cups whole wheat flour
Directions
Mix together dry ingredients and wet ingredients in separate bowls. Combine together. Pour into 2 sprayed bread pans. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes. Makes 16 servings..
