Tofu Lasagna

1 container of Mori-Nu Silken Tofu, firm (use a fork to separate until it looks like ricotta cheese)1 container Philadelphia Cooking Creme Italian Herb and Cheese1/4 cup Flour3 tablespoons Margarine or Butter2 cups Skim Milk8 Lasagna Noodles, cooked2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese1 cup Broccoli, cooked and chopped (optional)
Cook lasagna noodles and put into cool water.
Melt butter in a saucepan and add flour and 1/4 milk and mix well. Gradually add the rest of milk and bring to a slow simmer until sauce thickens. Remove from heat and add the Philadelphia Cooking Creme and combine thoroughly.
In a 9"x13" cake pan put enough sauce in the bottom to lightly coat the bottom. Layer the Lasagna Noodles, Sauce, Parmesan Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, and Broccoli.
Place in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
