Green Smoothie with Blueberry and Banana

Ingredients
1/2 cup Orange Juice 1/2 cup Water2 cups fresh spinach1 banana3/4 cup blueberries or 1 cup strawberries
Directions
Put water and orange juice in blender first.
Add Spinach and blend on high - until completely blended (about 30-45 seconds)
Add Blueberries (or strawberries) and banana and blend until smooth
*Optional - sometimes I add 2 Tbsp flax seed meal - it's a great source of Omega-3's. This adds 60 calories (nutritional data is entered in SP).

Serving Size: Makes one 16 oz serving
