Easy Glazed Salmon

1/3 cup apple juice2 1/2 Tbs soy sauce1/2 tsp finely chopped fresh ginger1/8 tsp black pepper1 1/4 pounds salmon fillet
1. Turn on, or light grill
2. Mix soy sauce, apple juice, ginger & pepper in small soucepan. Bring mixture to a boil over mediium heat. Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes or until syrupy. Let cool slightly.
3. Brush skinless side of salmon with the glaze.
4. Grill fish, skinless side down, over medium-hot heat for about 5 minutes. Turn & brush salmon with more glaze.
5. Grill 5 minutes more or until fish is fork tender.
Serving Size: 2 fillets divided to serve 4
