Ingredients
.81 pound round steak1 cup mixed color sweet peppers Sliced (Yellow, Orange, Red)1/4 cup onion (sliced)4 tsp minced garlic1/2 cup sliced mushrooms2 cups cooked brown rice2 tbsp soy sauce1/2 cup egg breaters
Directions
slice steak and brown inn pan with olive oil
once cooked add veggies.
simmer
Remove from pan
add cooked rice to pan.
add egg beaters
once cooked add meat soy sauce mix well and serve
