Foccacia Bread Oven Melt

Ingredients
asiago foccacia breadmedium onion8 oz mushrooms1 tbsp olive oil4 oz cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Warm olive oil. Saute onions, add mushrooms. Slice foccacia in half and remove some of the bread in the middle of the loaf. Place 2 oz of the cheese on the bottom half of the bread. When onions and mushrooms are ready, place them on the bottom of the bread, add the rest of the cheese, place the top in and place in oven for 15 minutes (maybe less, my oven is a little cool) . Cut in quarters and serve!
