Peanut Butter Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
1 C. rolled oats1 C. 1% milk1 C. whole wheat flour1/2 C. brown sugar1/2 C. unsweetened applesauce1/2 C. natural peanut butter2 egg whites1 t. baking powder1/2 t. baking soda1/2 t. salt1 t. cinnamon
Directions
350 degree oven

Combine wet ingredients, including peanut butter
Combine dry ingredients
Add dry to wet
divide into prepared muffin tins, or a cake pan
top with a cinnamon sugar mix if desired

bake at 350 for 25 - 30 minutes
