Sauted Chicken with Asparagus and Pea Pods

Ingredients
Chicken breast tenders 1/2 poundsFresh Asparagus (one bunch)Fresh Pea Pods (8 ounces)Chives 1 tblsFresh tarragon 1 tblsFresh lemon juice 2 tblslemon rind (for garnish)1 cup low sodium chicken brothfloursalt pepperolive oil 2 tbls
Directions
Please skillet over medium high and heat 1 tbls oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste then dredge lightly in flour.
Saute chicken until browned and cooked through, then remove from skillet. Add oil to same skillet saute asparagus and pea pods for 2 minutes, then add broth and bring to a boil. cook vegetables until tender crisp, then add chives, tarragon and lemon juice. Return chicken to skillet allow broth to reduce. Garnish with lemon rind. Serves 2.
