Ingredients:*Better Oats, Oat Fit, Cinnamon Roll, 2 serving (remove)Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed (remove)Baking Soda, .25 tsp (remove)Baking Powder, .5 tsp (remove)*Musselman's Home Style Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 0.33 cup (remove)Buttermilk, lowfat, .5 cup (remove)*Flour, white, .5 cup (remove)Egg white, 1 serving (remove)
Directions
Combine oats and buttermilk, let sit for 30 min. Combine all dry ingredients and stir. Stir in all wet ingredients. Put in mini muffin tins and bake at 375 for 12 minutes...grease tins well as these are low fat. Enjoy
