4 oz. plain Greek yogurt3 tsp. Dijon mustard2 eggs2 teaspoons fresh lemon or lime juice1 tsp. worcestershire saucepinch cayenne and / or splash of hot saucesalt and pepper to taste3 cans crab meat1 tablespoon dried minced onion1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs (plus extra for coating, or use less in cakes and reserve some for coating, or don't coat at all)a little spray or coating of oil for pan
Take baking sheet and spray or lighted cover with oil. Form cakes and coat with some additional bread crumbs if desired. Bake at 400 for about 17-20 minutes or until golden brown (flip once).
