Banana Oatmeal Bars

Ingredients
3 ripe bananas, mashed1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1/2 cup packed brown sugar1 egg1 tsp vanilla extract1 1/2 cups whole grain flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon3 cups uncooked quick oats
Directions
Mix ingredients together. Spray 9 x 13 pan with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350' for 30-35 minutes. cool and cut into bars.
