Ingredients
*Bob's Red Mill Soy Flour, 0.5 cup *Cocoa Powder, unsweetened, 2.5 tbsp*Butter, Unsalted, 4 tbsp Egg, fresh, 4 large Egg white, 1.5 Banana, fresh, 1 cup, mashed *Xylo Sweet, 19 tsp Salt, .25 tsp Baking Powder, .5 tsp*Pure Vanilla Extract ,1.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Almonds, .35 cup, chopped
Directions
Beat butter till fluffy, add xylo sweet till fluffy, add 1 egg at a time beating each one for 1 min each, add vanilla.
Add dry ingred. together.
add to egg mixture, no lumps
mix in bananas and fold in nuts, leaving enough to spinkle on top of muffins.

Bake @350 for 35 minutes (medium sized muffins)
