Turkey Panini with Caper/Red Pepper Mayo

Ingredients
1 loaf Italian bread1lb turkey breast meat1/2 lb provolone cheeselettuce tomatoHellman's Light Mayoroasted Red pepperCapers
Directions
Makes approx. 7 sandwiches

Preheat Grill or panini maker

Mix approx. 1 cup (add more or less as needed) mayo, red peppers and capers in bowl. Add the red pepper and capers to taste, approx 3-4 tbsp red pepper and 1-2 tbsp capers)

Cut bread into desired number of sandwiches, this recipe makes approx 7.

Add turkey, cheese, mayo mixture, lettuce, and tomatoes.

Cook in panini maker, or on grill.
Grill- places sandwiches on grill then place bricks or rocks covered in aluminum foil on top to get the full panini effect.

Cook until cheese is melted and sandwich is entirely heated, approx. 10-15 min. Be sure to flip sandwiches over half way.
