Whole Grain Apple Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups WW Flour3/4 Cups Rolled Oats1tsp Cinnamon1 tsp Baking Soda3/4 tsp Salt1/4 Cups Packed Brown Sugar1/2 Cups Splenda1 1/8 Cups Canned Pumpkin1 Cups Peeled Diced Apple1/4 Cups Water1/4 Cup Egg Beaters1/2 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease one 9x5 loaf pan.
3. Combine cinnamon, baking soda, flour and salt in a bowl, set aside.
4. Combine egg, pumpkin, sugar, water, applesauce and oil in another bowl, beat until blended (but don't blend too finely).
5. Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture, stir in until just blended.
6. Fold in the diced apples gently.
7. Carefully spoon mixture into loaf pan.
8. Bake for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
9. Slice into 12 even servings.

    Mine is still baking, but just fyi... you don't list the oil in the ingredients list... and you don't list the rolled oats in the instructions. I'm improvising a bit since i have some bananas i need to use, but i'm excited to see how this comes out!
