Whole roasted chicken

Ingredients
* 1 large whole chicken* 1/2 cup olive oil* 1/4 cup water* 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary* 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano* 1/2 teaspoon powder garlic or fresh if you have fresh* 1/2 teaspoon onion powder* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. (you can add only a dash if you don't like to much pepper. I love pepper hate salt lol)* 1 dash salt
Directions
1 Combine oil,water,herbs,salt and pepper.
2 Stir.
3 Pour or brush over the whole chicken before baking.
4 The oil and water doesn't mix very well but that's OK.
5 The water keeps it moist and the oil makes it crisp.
6 Any other herbs you like can be used in place of these.
7 Cover with foil and bake at 350 about an hour or until
crispy and brown
