Lowfat Chive Cream Cheese Salmon

Ingredients
8 tbsp. ( or 1/3 block) low-fat or fat free cream cheese1 tsp Mrs. Dash lemon pepper seasoning1/4c. chopped green onion2 tbsp. fresh chopped or dried chives4-3 oz. salmon fillets
Directions
combine cream cheese, lemon pepper seasoning, chopped green onion and chives. Spread over thawed salmon fillets and put in a glass dish. Bake at 425 for 10-12 minutes or until fish is slightly opaque. Enjoy!

For the most flavor, mix the cream cheese mixture up a few hours ahead and put in the refigerator. The flavors will really seep into the cream cheese this way.
