Ingredients
2 5 oz cans of chunk light tuna in water1 12 oz can of Albacore tuna in water1/2 cup bread crumbs2 eggs1 Tbsp minced garlic2 Tbsp dried parsley2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Heat 2 Tbsp olive oil in skillet
Mix rest of ingredients in bowl
form 6 patties
Saute in skillet until done
