Healthy Energy Bars

Ingredients
1 cup all natural unsalted almond or peanut butter1 cup brown rice syrup1 tsp vanilla1/2 cup chopped walnuts or almonds1/2 cup raisins or dried cranberries or cherries3 cups puffed cereal (kashi 7 grain)1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds1/2 cup sunflower seeds1/3 quinoa flakes2 tsp cinnamon2 scoops optimum nutrition all natural vanilla protein powder (optional)
Directions
1.Lightly coat 13x9 pan w cooking spray
2. in a large saucepan, heat nut butter and rice syrup over low heat until bubbles begin to form. add vanilla.
3. in meantime mix together dry ingredients in seperate bowl.
4. stir dry ingredients into saucepan until well incorporated
5. when mixture is cool enough to handle, press into prepared pan and cool completely (in fridge)
6. cut into 24 bars and wrap.
