Apricot Dijon Pork Chops

Ingredients
6 boneless pork chops (about 1.5 lbs)1 cup apricot preserves1 tbsp spicy brown mustard or Dijon mustard1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
1. Brown chops in oil over medium heat, about 6 mins per side.

2. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chops.

3. Reduce heat to med-low; cook for additional 5 mins until heated through. Serve chops with pan sauce.
