Beef & Bowtie Pasta

Ingredients
2 cups beef broth1 cup sliced yellow onion1 1/2 lbs sirloin (fat trimmed)1 32 oz can of crushed tomatoes3 TBS dried basil3/4 cup sun dried tomatoes (not in oil)1 can string beans (or frozen, or any type green veggie)1 lb Bowtie pasta (dry)1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook bowties according to package and set aside. Slice the sirloin into thin strips and set aside. Chop up the sun dried tomatoes and set aside. Put 1 1/2 cups of the beef broth into a large saute pan. Add sliced yellow onion, and cook on medium high until most of the liquid has evaporated. Remove onions. Add in sirloin into same saute pan and cook until pink is gone (about 3-5 minutes - do not over cook). Add in onions, remaining beef broth, crushed tomatoes, basil, sun dried tomatoes, string beans and cooked bowtie pasta. Cook until heated through. Add grated parmesan cheese and stir. Split into 6 servings and ENJOY!! YUMMY!
