Ingredients
1/2 Cup of rolled oats1/4 Cup of oat Bran1 rounded scoop of vanilla protein powder6 egg whites2 tablespoons of unsweetened apple sauceAgave nectar to taste1/4 tsp saltpinch of cinnamon1/4 cup of walnutsPut all ingredients in a blender and mix until just blendedpour into a greased square baking pan

Cook for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 350 degrees. Let cool and then cut into 12 pieces.
