Mexican Chicken and Bean Skillet

Ingredients
1 lb. chicken cutlets1 C. black beans1 C. garbanzo beans (chickpeas)1 C. petite diced tomatoes1/2 C. diced green chiles1/4 C. chopped cilantro1 large onion, choppedjuice of one lime1 teaspoon ground cumin1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
Add olive oil to nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onion, chicken, and cumin. Cook for 7-8 minutes. Turn chicken, and add black beans, garbanzo beans, tomatoes, chiles, and lime juice. Cook 5 minutes more. Add cilantro. Cook 2 more minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Serves 4.
