Penne Rigate Italian Style

Ingredients
12 oz 92% lean Ground Beef (browned)1 Tbsp olive oil8 oz of dry, Penne Rigate1 small onion, diced3 cups of fresh tomato sauceseasoning, salt & pepper, garlic powder
Directions
First boil water, add penne rigate and let boil till el dent' then
put aside after draining in a strainer.
Next, sautee the diced onions with olive oil sprayed in medium pot or skillet (about 5 min) Add the ground beef and brown it till you can find no pink meat ,stirring to crumble it so there are no chunks of beef. Add the sauce, seasonings and cook on med to low heat till starts to boil and then lower heat, add the cooked pasta, stir and let simmer about 15 min on very low heat.
