1 roasting chicken1/2 stick butter, melted1/4 cup lemon juice2 tbsp honey2 tsp rosemary, crushed1 clove chopped garlic

Place chicken in a roasting pan. Melt butter in saucepan and stir in remaining ingredients. Brush mixture over chicken Roast 1 1/4 hours at 375.

Thank you for the comment!! My family loves this recipe, too. You don't have to use a whole chicken, obviously. Breasts, legs, etc work just as well. Sometimes I'll stick some chunks of potatoes or other vegetables in the roasting pan to get a full meal out of it without much extra effort.
