Naomis Spicy Chicken Fajitas

10.4 oz cooked chicken breast (great value boneless skinless chicken breast 110 cals per 4oz)1 cup mixed veggies (red,green,yellow peppers, 1/2 medium white onion)1/2 cup black beans drained 1/2 cup yellow canned cornHomemade taco seasoning:- 1tsp chili powder1tsp salt (i use Morton's Lite Salt1tsp black pepper1/4 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp onion powder1/4 tsp red pepper flakes1/4 tsp oregano
1. Spray nonstick pan with 0 cal cooking spray and set on low heat or warm.
2. Cut up veggies and put in pan and saute for about 10 mins, or until veggies are soft.
3. Add chicken and cook till fully cooked (no more pink in the middle, about 8 mins)
4. Add homemade taco seasoning
5. Add corn and black beans and mix well
6. ENJOY! :)
* i eat this with 1 flat out 90 cal multi grain wrap, 4tbs salsa and 1/4 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese YUM!
