Coconut Oil Chocolate Bar

Ingredients
1 1/2 C organic virgin coconut oil20 T unsweetened cocoa powder2 T honey2-4 handfuls finely chopped dates and/or raisins2-4 handfuls finely chopped nuts (not peanuts)10 T unsweetened coconut2 T cinnamon2 t vanilla extract1/4 t salt
Directions
Mix first three ingredients well. Add finely chopped fruit, nuts and coconut. Finally, stir in cinnamon, vanilla and salt. Pour mixture into foil lined 9x13 inch baking dish and refrigerate until firm. Cut into bite sized pieces to snack on for 1 to 2 weeks. Store in baggie or container in refrigerator.
