Ingredients
* Pineapple, fresh, 1 slice (3-1/2" dia x 1/4" thin * Spinach, fresh, 15 leaf * Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Vanilla, 3 oz * Almonds, 14 almond * *Dried Fruit, Papaya, 14 gram(s) * Apple juice, unsweetened, 2 fl oz * Strawberries, fresh, 5 large strawberries banana fresh medium red cabbage 1/4 cup chopped fresh
Directions
use vitamix blender or commercial grade blender.....
soft fruits on bottom
when all ingredients are in place
fill blender with ice on top
start at setting 1 go to high for 45 seconds
makes 2 servings of 16 ounces
