Lynn's Lasagne

1.5 LBS 93% ground beef1 cup chopped onion.5 cup bell pepper1- 28 oz can cruched tomato or 3.5 cups1 TBSP minced garlic1 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper1 tsp oregano1 tsp basil leaves1/4 tsp rosemary1 tsp Accent10 lasagne noodles, approx.2 cups ricotta cheese 1 egg1 cup reduced fat parmesean cheese2 cups shredded mozzerella
*brown meat, onion, and peppers in large skillet-drain fat.
*add tomato, garlic, pepper, salt, oregano, basil, rosemary and accent to beef mixture
*simmer 30 min- stirring occasionally
*in seperate bowl mix ricotta cheese with egg
*boil noodles according to directions on box. Rinse and drain.
may want to boil more noodles then needed. I only ended up using ten, which is the number I used in the nutrional info.
*place 1/3 of meat sauce in bottom of 13''x9''x2'' pan
top with "5" lasagne noodles
spread 1 cup of ricotta cheese over noodles
1/2 of remaining meat sauce over ricotta (another 1/3)
1/2 cup of parmesean on top of meat sauce
1 cup mozzarella on top of parm
"5" more noodles
remaining ricotta
remaining sauce
remaining parm
top of with rest of mozzerella
* bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min
