Asian Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz Quick Oats, .5 cup, dry Ginger Root, 1 tsp minced Egg, fresh, 1 large Garlic, 2 tsp minced fresh Onions, raw, .5 medium chopped Carrots, raw, 1 small shredded Sesame Oil, 1 tsp Sweet chilli dipping sauce 15ml, 3 serving Ketchup, Heinz, 3 tbsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Shred 1 carrot, and chop the onion. Mix veggies with turkey, oats, egg, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil. Form into meatloaf on cookie sheet covered with foil.
Bake for 35 minutes in oven.
Combine sweet chilli sauce and ketchup in a small bowl. Pour over meatloaf at the 35 minute mark. Finish baking for approximately 15 minutes or until internal temperature 160F. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
