Oven Fried Tilapia

Ingredients
1 pound raw tilapia1 cup Panko crispy bread crumbs – plain1 cup fat-free egg substitute1 Tsp of Philadelphia Cooking cream1 tsp table salt1 tsp Black Ground pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven at 350 degrees.

Season the tilapia filets with salt and pepper.

In two separate bowls, have the egg substitute and cream mixture, and in the other the panko crispy bread crumbs.

Take the tilapia filets (one by one) and coate them with the egg and cream mixture then coat it with the bread crumbs.

Once you are done with that put them in a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Cook for 10 minutes.
