.5 cup fat free vanilla yogurt.5 cup water1 cup frozen peaches.5 cup fat free milk ( i used dairy Free )1 Tbs heeping dry oatmealCinnamon and nutmeg to taste about 1/4 of a teaspoon or more depending on how much spice you like.
Directions
Blend all ingedients together and enjoy
